Delivery Information
At Bell & Beau, every order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packed to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days using our trusted delivery partners DPD / DHL / Royal Mail by Tracked delivery.
Orders placed before 12pm are usually dispatched the same working day whenever possible. (working days Mon-Fri)
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination country and the size of the products ordered. Certain oversized or bulky products, such as dog beds, may incur higher shipping charges due to their dimensions and handling requirements. The applicable shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery charges to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
Northern Ireland Delivery
Delivery to Northern Ireland is charged separately from our UK Mainland delivery service.
Our standard Northern Ireland delivery charge is £12.95, with an estimated delivery time of 2 working days from dispatch.

Scottish Highlands Delivery
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands is charged separately from our UK Mainland delivery service due to additional courier costs. Two working day delivery service tracked.
Our standard delivery charge to the Scottish Highlands is £14.95. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination postcode and courier service.
Larger, heavier or oversized items may incur an additional delivery charge. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before dispatch to advise you of the amount payable.
Channel Islands Delivery
Delivery to Jersey and Guernsey is charged at £20.00, with an estimated delivery time of 2 working days from dispatch.

Isle of Man Delivery

Isles of Scilly Delivery
Delivery to the Isles of Scilly is charged at £14.95, with an estimated delivery time of 2 working days from dispatch.

International Delivery
We are pleased to offer international delivery to selected countries using trusted courier partners, including DHL. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance and local delivery services.
International Delivery, Customs & Additional Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, the courier or relevant customs authority will contact the recipient directly regarding these charges and payment. These charges are not included in our standard delivery rates unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Our international delivery rates are based on parcels falling within our standard size and weight allowances. Larger, heavier or oversized orders — including certain dog beds and other bulky products — may incur an additional courier charge.
If your order exceeds the standard delivery allowance and an additional shipping charge is required, Bell & Beau will contact you before dispatch to advise you of the additional amount payable. Your order will not be dispatched until the additional delivery charge has been agreed and paid. If you do not wish to pay the additional charge, you may cancel the affected order - handling charges may apply.
Republic of Ireland Delivery
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is £9.95, with an estimated delivery time of 2 working days from dispatch.
Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom and may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, import charges or courier clearance fees where applicable. Any such charges are separate from the delivery fee paid at checkout, and the courier or relevant authority will contact you directly if payment is required.
Larger, heavier or oversized items may incur an additional delivery charge. If your order exceeds our standard delivery size or weight allowance, we will contact you before dispatch to advise you of any additional delivery cost.
Additional International Delivery Charges
International delivery rates shown at checkout are based on our standard courier charges. In some circumstances, additional charges may apply due to the delivery destination, remote-area surcharges, parcel size or weight, oversized items, customs requirements or other carrier-imposed fees.
Where an additional shipping charge is required that could not reasonably be calculated at checkout, we will contact you before dispatch to advise you of the additional cost. You will have the option to pay the additional delivery charge or cancel the affected order for a refund if you do not wish to proceed (handling charges may apply)
Customs duties, import VAT, taxes, clearance fees and other charges imposed by the destination country are separate from our delivery charges and remain the responsibility of the recipient unless expressly stated as included at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, handling charges or other local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless they have been prepaid at checkout.
From 1 July 2026, revised European Union customs procedures may apply to imported goods. Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT or import charges required by the destination country before delivery can be completed.
Digital Products
Any downloadable products are delivered instantly by email following purchase. No physical item will be shipped for digital products.

Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect address details.
While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may occasionally vary during busy periods, public holidays or due to circumstances outside our control.
Failed Deliveries & Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is returned to Bell & Beau because:
- An incorrect delivery address was provided
- Delivery was refused
- The parcel was not collected from a designated collection point
- Delivery could not be completed after multiple attempts
a £8.95 return-to-sender fee will be deducted from any refund issued for UK
a charge maybe applied and will be deducted from any refund due from International orders should they be cancelled or refused once left the warehouse in the UK
Should you wish for your order to be re-dispatched, a new delivery charge will be payable before the parcel is sent again.
Delivery Delays
While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, severe weather, transport disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for delays, additional charges or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to us because delivery was refused, customs charges were not paid, the parcel was unclaimed, or the delivery address was incorrect, a return-to-sender fee of £8.95 will be deducted from any refund for UK deliveries. International deliveries may incur additional charges and handling fees. Should you wish to have the parcel re-dispatched, a new shipping charge must be paid before the order is sent again.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and begin from the date your order is dispatched. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or due to circumstances outside our control.
EU Orders
Orders shipped to countries within the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import charges, handling fees, and local taxes in accordance with the destination country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control and are not considered delivery delays for which we are liable. Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges applied by the destination country or carrier are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay these charges may result in the parcel being returned to us. Any return shipping or carrier fees incurred will be deducted from any refund issued.
Final Quality Check Complete
Every order undergoes a final inspection before dispatch. We have checked your items against your order and photographed the contents and condition prior to shipping for quality assurance.
