Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We hope you'll love every purchase from Bell & Beau. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please email sales@bellandbeau.com with your order number and reason for returning the item. Once your return has been approved, we'll provide you with the return address and instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.


Return Postage

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Bell & Beau cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


International Returns

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges incurred when returning an international order. Any customs fees or return shipping costs charged to us by the carrier or customs authorities will be deducted from any refund where applicable.


Personalised Products

Personalised items and personalised gift message cards are made especially for your order and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Please check all names, spellings and messages carefully before placing your order, as these cannot be amended once your order has been confirmed.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing sales@bellandbeau.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and its packaging

We'll assess the issue promptly and arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.


Hygiene & Vacuum-Sealed Products

For hygiene, safety and quality-control reasons, products supplied in vacuum-sealed or sealed packaging cannot be returned once the seal has been opened, broken or removed.

To be eligible for a return, these products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging.


Oversized & Bulky Items

Oversized or bulky items, including dog beds and selected furniture, may be subject to different return arrangements due to their size and shipping requirements. Customers are responsible for arranging suitable packaging for returned bulky items. Any additional courier charges incurred for returning oversized items may be deducted from the refund where permitted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Pet food, treats and other perishable goods
  • Opened grooming and personal care products
  • Personalised or made-to-order items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.


Failed Deliveries & Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is returned to Bell & Beau because:

  • An incorrect delivery address was provided
  • Delivery was refused
  • The parcel was not collected from a designated collection point
  • Delivery could not be completed after multiple attempts

a £8.95 return-to-sender fee will be deducted from any refund issued.

If you would like your order to be re-dispatched, a new delivery charge will be payable before the parcel is sent again.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different size, colour or product, simply return your original item (subject to approval) and place a new order through our website.


European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have additional statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer legislation.

Eligible items may be cancelled or returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions outlined in this policy.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
