📦 Delivery Information

We dispatch all UK mainland orders using DPD Tracked Express. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, with delivery from £6.95 or free on orders over £125. For international deliveries or non-mainland UK locations, please contact us for a personalised shipping quotation.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible unused items in their original condition and packaging. To arrange a return, simply contact us and we'll provide full instructions. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete details and exclusions.

⏳ Pre-Orders

Some of our products are available to pre-order. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll dispatch everything together once all items are available. If you'd like your in-stock items sent separately, we're happy to arrange this for an additional delivery charge.
