📦 Delivery Information

We offer courier includes DPD Tracked Express delivery across the UK Mainland for £6.95, with FREE delivery on orders over £100. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days.

We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, UK offshore destinations, the Republic of Ireland and selected international destinations.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your order.

International Orders & Additional Charges

International deliveries are shipped via courier. Customs duties, import taxes and local handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Where applicable, the courier will contact you directly regarding these charges.

Some larger, heavier or oversized items may incur additional delivery costs beyond the standard checkout rate. Should this apply to your order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional charges.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible unused items in their original condition and packaging. To arrange a return, simply contact us and we'll provide full instructions. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete details and exclusions.

⏳ Pre-Orders

Some of our products are available to pre-order. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll dispatch everything together once all items are available. If you'd like your in-stock items sent separately, we're happy to arrange this for an additional delivery charge.
